moving a piano
as per title, camp site I am involved with has a solid cast iron frame piano that has 2 buggered castors. Do I replace castors OR remove the other 2 and make a base that could slide around (hopefully) the vinyl plank floor
Each school/group that stays wants the piano in a different position.I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

Replace the whole four would be my choice but getting access to fix them will be the bigger problem! I’ll leave that to the riggers here?

Upright pianos can be a bit tippy that's for sure... And when they go, they're often a right off.
If it were me I'd attach a couple anchor points to a wall that is sturdy enough and is ok to have few holes put in it. Back the piano up to the wall, loosely strap it to the wall with a rachet strap. Then start jacking it up on blocks till you reach enough of a height to replace the wheels.
