Where to get bandsaw tyres
Hi all
I have an older Jacob - 14inch Taiwanese bandsaw
Can anybody tell me where I can get some new “crowned” rubber tyres for it - (in sydney au ) preferably

Check your wheels; they may be crowned themselves and only need a flat tyre.
Polyurethane tyres are "better"... they won't rot or degrade like rubber does. I've fitted Carter poly tyres on my own generic cast iron 14" saw and a 14" Laguna at the woodworking guild with no issues. You can buy orange or blue generic Made In China poly tyres off of Ebay for half the price but I cannot comment on their quality; I chose to just wince as I paid the bill.Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.
